Dashing Dachsie-Dachshund portrait

 Close ups


Approx. 5x7 on Cotman Watercolor Pad. Graphite, General's Sketch and Wash, and a touch of colored pencil. Just experimenting for a different look. I know I need to do more sketching...maybe this will break the ice.

  3. I just wrote on my blog that to me drawing is "just as wonderful" as painting...or some such thing. Yes....it is! This drawing is a great example of what I mean. It is exquisite!
