Those directions were simple enough...even for a birdbrain like me.
I really like the brash blue jay! He sounds off at the slightest disturbance which warns all the critters within earshot to be on the lookout. Many folks hate his noisy behavior and the threat he sometimes poses to other birds. But I love the color and the bluejay is only doing what God designed it to do.

I also love the bluejay, Dean. I don't know which I favor more, the cardinal or the bluejay, in fact. My two favorites out there though. Your portrait is just beautiful and I love the way you've situated him. Perfection!
