My "Change The Color" Painting

Oil on 6x6 canvas panel.This is my contribution to this week's DPW's Change The Color Challenge posted by Carol Marine.
Carol said: "I have always heard that if you are accurate with value you can really play around with color and still have the image "read" as 3-dimensional."
I did a value study first, and then painted on top of that, making sure each color matched the value underneath it( in most places)...some background value was changed a bit.
