This is oils on 5x7 gessoed 1/8" hardboard. I attempted to keep it loose and lively. Most areas contain many closely related colors...this avoids boring the eye. This is my first boat painting. I have always admired other artists' work on this subject.Thanks to Beth at WDE for graciously supplying the image.
