Oil on 7x5 archival canvas panel.I actually spent three short sessions on these flowers. I had some trouble getting the right red blended. These roses are neither red nor pink...they are more of a beautiful peach color. I had to go through many combos of every red in my possession to finally come close.
After all that struggle, my camera didn't want to reproduce the red in the painting! After a great hassle, this is as close as I could get.
