Hawaii

Close ups

Oil on 5x7 hardboard.
Ahhh...Hawaii. Kick back, relax, and dream.
It seems that every landscape is a chance to explore and try different "what ifs".
I had fun with this one...abundant paint, not getting bogged down in details, and checking out "what ifs".

  21. Dean, what beautiful reds and darks you have in this Hawaiian landscape, along with the wonderful drawing. I really enjoyed looking at the rest of your blog, as well. Thank you, by the way, for the comment you left on mine. I appreciate the encouragement.
