The Silent Conversation

Close ups

Oil on 7x5 hardboard.

This is my latest submission to Karin Jurick's inspirational DSFDF. This time she invited us to render the ever-challenging human figure.

This fellow looks as if he's on break or just plain relaxing. At such times the mind sometimes takes mysterious journeys to the long ago past...the far away future...or to the comforting contemplation of Jesus.
